Is Pickup Available?

Pick up is not available. We accept many forms of payment to make it as easy as possible for you.

  • Bank Deposit
  • Money Order
  • Cashier’s Cheque / Personal Cheque

How Much Does International Shipping Cost?

For shipping to destinations outside Australia simply send us a message with the item you’d like to purchase and your country. We are happy to combine shipping if you purchase multiple items to keep the cost as low as possible for you.
Once you’ve purchased your items we will send you an invoice including the shipping cost for you to make your payment.

There’s a problem with my item, what do I do?

Resolution Process
1. Contact us with the details of your inquiry.
2. Send photographic evidence (or alternative if applicable) to Sales@CrosshairsInternational.com
3. Once we have received the details and evidence we will promptly respond with a confirmation.
4. Arrange return postage of the item including tracking to our address which we will send to you
5. Send the return postage details to Sales@CrosshairsInternational.com including the date posted, the carrier and tracking information.
6. Once the item is received we will process your claim.
7. You can choose from a refund or exchange.
7a. If you choose an exchange we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
7b. If you choose a refund then the payment amount will be refunded to you.
